A group of people communicate with each other on different devices. Which app should they use?
Many of the Google Apps in the G Suite provide services that facilitate communication in different ways and on different platforms for different purposes. Selecting the most appropriate communication tool is an essential part of demonstrating your ability to effectively communicate information. For this post, you will do some research into Google’s communication tools and identify situations where each tool would be most appropriate. Then you will compare and contrast 3 of Google's communication tools with other tools and apps outside the G Suite to decide when a Google app would be the best solution and when other tools may fit your needs better.

- Select 3 of these apps and compare them to other applications / software that are used to do similar things. Create 3 charts to compare and contrast the features of the Google app vs the other app. In which situations would you use the Google app over the other app you selected to compare? When would you choose to use another app instead of the Google app?
