Create a Choose Your Own Adventure Story

For this project, you will use Google Forms’ branching functionality to create a Choose Your Own Adventure story.

1. Create and name a new blank form.
2. Add a title and description.
3. Create a multiple choice question for the first decision point. 
4. Create two new sections for each decision. 
5. Enable Go to section based on answer and select the appropriate sections for each answer. 
6. Repeat so that you have at least 3 decision points. 
7. Insert a relevant image for each question.
8. Create a custom confirmation message for the user when they submit the form. 
9. Customize the theme to match your story. 
10. Embed the form in a new blog post for Google Forms. 
11. In your blog post, describe how you created your story and which settings you used and why. 

Then comment below with the link to your blog post AND provide a short description of what your Choose Your Own Adventure story is about.
