Professional Email Guidelines Video

The quality and style of your emails can greatly influence how they are received. A message with lots of typos can make the sender look unintelligent and a message without proper salutations can make the sender seem rude.

For this project, do some research on professional email etiquette and create your own list of the top 5 guidelines to write a professional email. Then create a video where you both describe and demonstrate these tips (using Gmail as your email client). Upload your video to YouTube and make sure people will be able to view it (unlisted or public).

Then create a blog post about professional email guidelines and embed your video in your post. In your post, list your 5 tips, provide a description of each guideline and include screenshots that demonstrate each guideline. You may also use Drawings to annotate your screenshots.

Cite your sources for the tips you provide both in your video and your blog post.
